Our story
In 2008, two friends, Jim & Lucien, had a vision to create a renewable energy recruitment business. After successfully managing recruitment businesses for over 15 years, they saw an opportunity within the market for a sustainable energy staffing agency and ersg was born. Fast forward to today, with 15 offices and rapidly expanding, ersg is an award-winning international leader in recruitment and staffing services to the global energy, renewables, engineering, power & built markets, providing white & blue collar workers to some of the most reputable global brands.
