Our Story

In 2008, friends Jim and Lucien founded ERSG to meet the growing demand for sustainable recruitment in the renewable energy sector. Today, with 16 global offices, ersg is an award-winning provider of workforce solutions across energy, renewables, engineering, and construction, supplying skilled white- and blue-collar professionals to top positions worldwide.

Driven by a passion to combat climate change, we strive to support NetZero goals by leveraging our extensive network to hire the right talent for a sustainable future.

We offer services such as Managed Service Provider (MSP) to handle temporary staff, Master Vendor (MV) to simplify contractor hiring, and Resource Process Outsourcing (RPO) for full-time recruitment.
