Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Site/Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the design, permitting, and client management efforts for a variety of land development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with top industry leaders and contribute to high-profile land development initiatives across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the design and permitting process for a range of land development projects, including residential, institutional, commercial centers, distribution facilities, and mixed-use developments for both public and private sector clients.
Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute strategic growth initiatives, ensuring optimal staff deployment and project performance.
Actively contribute to Business Development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and nurturing relationships with current clients.
Lead the site/civil engineering activities on diverse projects, managing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control from initial planning through project completion.
Direct stormwater management design, hydrological/hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) development.
Bring a well-rounded knowledge of land development engineering, including the integration of geotechnical and environmental considerations into projects.
Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support project and business needs.
