Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Site/Civil Engineering to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the design, permitting, and client management efforts for a variety of land development projects. This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with top industry leaders and contribute to high-profile land development initiatives across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the design and permitting process for a range of land development projects, including residential, institutional, commercial centers, distribution facilities, and mixed-use developments for both public and private sector clients.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to establish and execute strategic growth initiatives, ensuring optimal staff deployment and project performance.
- Actively contribute to Business Development efforts by identifying new client opportunities and nurturing relationships with current clients.
- Lead the site/civil engineering activities on diverse projects, managing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, and erosion control from initial planning through project completion.
- Direct stormwater management design, hydrological/hydraulic analysis, and SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) development.
- Bring a well-rounded knowledge of land development engineering, including the integration of geotechnical and environmental considerations into projects.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support project and business needs.
