Challenge

Since 2015, ERSG has provided workforce solutions for offshore grid projects, securing an exclusive Managed Service contract in 2017 to supply 60+ workers. Over 80 Client Representatives have been mobilized to date.

 

The project required surveying 260 km of cable routes, clearing 150 km of anchor corridors, and conducting 1,250 ROV dives.  Client Representatives played a key role in ensuring successful and timely project completion.
