Hey team, please can you introduce your division?

We specialise in the Recruitment of Permanent staff across the UK & Europe. Our recruits fall within the following sectors: Offshore & Onshore Wind (full project lifecycle), Solar, Hydrogen, Civil Engineering and Construction.

Within our division, we work across different areas of permanent recruitment including Contingency, (Search & Selection) & working as an RPO. Our team is made up of a Manager, 360 Consultants, Delivery Consultants and Account Managers. We are on the lookout for fresh new talent to join us as 360 Consultants and Delivery Consultants so please get in touch if you are interested! 😊

What is the most popular market for perm hires and why?

Offshore & Onshore Wind are hands down our most popular markets. The wind industry is one of the fastest growing market sectors, globally, and we get a very high interest from candidates who want to gain work experience.

 

What is the least popular market demand for perm hires and why?

As it stands, there doesn’t seem to be a ‘least popular market’ as globally there is a shortage of candidates across all sectors. However, we are hoping to see a rise soon!

Hi, I’m Paul Liffen, I am the UK & Europe Head of Permanent Recruitment and I have been at ersg for 2 years now specialising in the Recruitment of Permanent PMO vacancies. I am a Consultant within the perm division and specialise in the Permanent Recruitment of Fabrication, Concrete, Foundations Managers & Engineers.
