Our Story
In 2008, two friends, Jim and Lucien, had a vision. After successfully managing recruitment businesses for over 15 years, they saw trends change and noticed the global shift towards renewable energy. It was clear there was an opportunity within the market for sustainable recruitment, and ersg was born. Fast forward to today, with an international presence and 15 global offices, ersg is now an award-winning recruitment and workforce solutions provider to the global energy, renewables, engineering, power and built markets. Providing white- and blue-collar workers to some of the most reputable brands worldwide.
