In 2021 ersg were awarded an RPO to manage permanent jobs in Asia as our client had no onsite recruitment expertise and a huge pipeline of roles.
Solution
We deployed a dedicated team to set up the recruitment function and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including attraction, assessment, onboarding, compliance & engagement, workforce planning, hiring prisonisation and benchmarking against the market.
The service is managed by SLAs, reporting and regular review meetings.
Success
We rapidly made an impact, hiring critical roles and to date have secured over 100 permanent candidates in Asia, expanded the onsite team and continue to make a positive impact, with a focus on providing candidates from underrepresented groups.
Due to our success have had our RPO contract extended for at least a further year.
