Job Description

Formulating construction implementation plans, considering construction methods, estimating costs, design supervision, establishing structures, and overall management (project management)

Preparing and submitting permit application documents to government agencies
Negotiating with external parties, attending various inspections, etc.

*These are examples of main tasks. After joining, you will gradually take on tasks based on your experience and skills, with the goal of eventually performing as a core leader.

Essential Skills

Experience in either "civil engineering design (structural)" or "construction-related permit applications"
Driver's license (automatic transmission permitted)


Desirable Skills

Project management experience in construction work
Individuals with experience using AutoCAD
