Electrical Lead Engineer | 6 Months | Germany

Main Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with engineering teams to define work packages, resolve technical issues, and ensure deliverables
- Take ownership of technical elements, risk management, and compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of Electrical Engineers to develop their expertise
- Ensure QA/QC standards align with company policy and German regulations

Experience & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven expertise in electrical design, development, and leadership within engineering industries
- Strong skills in negotiation, problem-solving, and team leadership
- Proficiency in English, German language skills are a plus
- Experience in data center projects and familiarity with CX Alloy software is an advantage
