Role and Responsibiltities:
- Conduct testing on Grid Protection in the laboratory, encompassing both single-phase and three-phase equipment.
- Perform failure analysis tests within the laboratory setting.
- Create documentation relevant to test procedures, manuals, and examinations.
Requirements:
- Hold a BA/BS degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Possess fundamental knowledge in electrical systems.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Mandatory prior experience in a PV inverter or battery system company.
- Native proficiency in Japanese, with basic communication skills in English.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Considerable advantage with experience in inverter JET grid connection certification.
- Significant advantage with background in inverter testing at R&D.
- Preferable experience in managing ISO9001 and its audits within the manufacturing sector.
- An advantageous possession of a Second-class electric work specialist license.
- Preference for individuals with prior experience in international organizations.
