Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with technical and quality teams to ensure project targets are met with safety and quality standards.
  • Serve as the NCR (Non-Conformance Report) coordinator for any non-conformities during project execution.
  • Manage tools and spare parts for all project activities.
  • Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure timely project completion.
  • Oversee project execution with cross-functional coordination.
  • Maintain clear communication and effective team management.
  • Plan and oversee erection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities as per schedule.
  • Develop and manage high-level project schedules to monitor resource allocation, budgets, and cash flow.
  • Manage and maintain high-value tools according to standards.
  • Supervise subcontractors and coordinate project teams.
  • Ensure timely reporting and resolution of NCRs.
  • Execute tasks following work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize costs.
  • Investigate and process engineering change requests to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure safety and quality compliance throughout project execution.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Investigate accidents/incidents and enforce contractor compliance with safety systems.
  • Monitor and enforce standard safety practices, including job safety analysis, permits to work, and toolbox talks.

Position Requirements:

Education:

  • Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in wind turbine generator installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to resolve quality-related issues through coordination with relevant teams.
  • Experience in management-level training, including team building, coaching, time, and stress management.
  • Knowledge of cost control measures, spare usage, and financial management.
  • Basic understanding of safety protocols and heavy lifting equipment.
  • Proficiency in computing and online reporting systems.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
