■ You will play a key role in the design, construction oversight, and technical evaluation of work vessels used in offshore construction projects.

- Design of work vessels and associated machinery, with considerations for both transportation and construction phases
- Review of specifications for temporary machinery tailored to each construction plan
- Provide technical management and support for maintenance during construction
- Identify and resolve operational challenges related to vessel machinery
- Projects include large-scale offshore construction and offshore wind-related initiatives

■ Required Qualifications
-Experience in shipbuilding, mechanical design, and technical considerations

-Business level of Japanese

-Valid residence in Japan.
