In this position, the candidate plays a key role in coordinating the execution of O&M contracts with various teams, including Site Staff, Chief Electrical Engineers, and the Tokyo back office. Responsibilities include executing maintenance plans, reporting to stakeholders, drafting quotations, and managing invoicing for O&M contracts and services in collaboration with Finance.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Coordinate O&M contract execution with Site Staff, Chief Electrical Engineers, and Tokyo back office.
• Execute and coordinate maintenance plans in collaboration with Chief Electrical Engineers (CEE).
• Manage invoicing for O&M contracts and services in collaboration with finance.
• Provide internal reports to management.
• Coordinate other operation and maintenance works with CEE, FSE, FMS.
• Supervise and ensure the quality of maintenance works.
• Hire local workers, part-timers, and staffers.
• Identify and negotiate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Procure and manage parts, materials, and components.
• Communicate and coordinate with utility and CEE for the execution of power shutdowns and curtailment.
• Attend inspections and fulfill inspection requests.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, MSc is a plus.

Required Skills/Competencies:

• The ideal candidate should possess approximately 5-7 years engineering experience in the power generation sector.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese.
• Strong communication and commercial skills.
• Possession of a Japanese Driving License.
