Origination, Senior Manager

• Development of overall plan and manage entire process, from information screening to site selection and land acquisition.
• Calculate revenue projection and economic analysis using Financial Models.
• Obtain approval acquisition from internal stakeholders.
• Management of process for FIP bidding and connection contracts.

Responsibilities:

• 3 years of experience in solar (developers, IPP, and Asset Management is a plus)
• Proficient in financial modelling
• Knowledge and experience in real estate transactions
• Business level Japanese and English
