Origination, Senior Manager
- Development of overall plan and manage entire process, from information screening to site selection and land acquisition.
- Calculate revenue projection and economic analysis using Financial Models.
- Obtain approval acquisition from internal stakeholders.
- Management of process for FIP bidding and connection contracts.
Responsibilities:
- 3 years of experience in solar (developers, IPP, and Asset Management is a plus)
- Proficient in financial modelling
- Knowledge and experience in real estate transactions
- Business level Japanese and English
