A prominent data center solutions provider with over two decades of expertise excels in designing, constructing, and managing data centers is currently hiring multiple senior site engineers for Data centers located in Inzai, Chiba.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage critical facilities, ensuring redundancy and compliance. Oversee maintenance and construction activities in data centers or similar facilities.
• Plan and carry out contracts between customers and service providers. Ensure compliance with SLA conditions.
• Adhere to Japanese safety laws and manage safety protocols.
• Balance desk work and on-site duties.
• Develop and carry out risk management procedures for critical facilities.
• Provide technical assistance to meet customer needs.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Experience with critical facilities, ideally data centers, or other high-stakes environments.
• Knowledge of planning and managing contracts and SLA conditions.
• Understanding of Japanese health and safety regulations.
• Competence in time and priority management.
• Ability to create and implement risk management procedures.
• Experience in pre-sales technical support.

Desired Skills/Qualifications

• Background in facility management or construction (e.g., electrical systems, HVAC, security).
• On-site construction management and cost management experience.
• Proficiency in Japanese and English.
• Technical qualifications or knowledge in construction management.
• Degree or equivalent higher qualification.
• Experience with data center operations or related industries.
