Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Site/Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Orlando, FL. This role is pivotal in supporting the planning, design, and permitting phases for a variety of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. The position offers a hands-on opportunity to work on diverse projects, such as mixed-use developments, retail spaces, residential communities, educational facilities, federal projects, and more, within a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the creation and refinement of engineering documents, including technical reports, project specifications, design plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and drawings using advanced software tools like AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Analyze data from maps, reports, aerial imagery, and engineering surveys to evaluate factors such as soil composition, topography, hydrology, and geology that influence project planning and design.
• Support project compliance by applying knowledge of local, state, and federal land use permitting processes (experience in this area is a plus).
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members to successfully complete project assignments and tasks.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to the success of the team and projects.
