We're looking for a Bridge Engineer who's eager to take an active role in shaping our client's growing bridge design capabilities. With a strong pipeline of high-profile civil structures projects in both the public and private sectors, this is a great opportunity for you to showcase your skills while working with an experienced, multi-disciplinary team.
Based in the Redhill office (with hybrid working options), you'll play a key role in bridge and civil structural design, from initial concepts to technical delivery, all while ensuring technical quality before issuing reports to clients. Plus, you'll have the chance to mentor others as part of a supportive and dynamic environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
๐ Liaising with clients to understand their project needs
๐ Delivering top-notch technical designs, assessments, and inspection reports
๐ Bringing innovative solutions to the table whenever possible
๐ Ensuring all projects meet strict health and safety standards
What you'll bring:
๐ง A relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
๐ง Desire to work towards Chartered status
๐ง Experience with bridge and structural design software
๐ง Ability to design with RC, Steel, masonry, and timber
๐ง Strong technical reporting and communication skills
