【Job Describtion】
- Civil Engineering Work: Oversee all civil engineering activities related to wind project development.
- Development Team Support: Provide technical support and guidance to the development team.
- RFP Preparation: Prepare requests for proposals (RFPs) for civil work, review technical deliverables, and conduct contract negotiations for Balance of Plant (BOP) competitive bidding.
- Design Management: Manage the detailed design of BOP, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
- Technical Review: Evaluate construction methodologies and conduct cost assessments for BOP civil work.
- Cost Reduction Study: Identify and evaluate new technologies and contract types to reduce civil work costs.
- Turbine Supplier Negotiations: Prepare RFPs, review technical deliverables, and negotiate contracts with turbine suppliers.
- Engineering Interface Management: Facilitate engineering discussions and manage interfaces between BOP contractors and turbine suppliers.
- Project Management Support: Assist the project manager with various tasks and responsibilities.
- Financing Support: Provide technical input to support project financing efforts.
