Responsibilities:
- Managing the completion of construction projects from beginning to completion, including planning, directing, coordinating workers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project design.
- Understand monthly P&L, review invoice/billing to customers and seek final approval from Country Manager.
- Carry out vendor management and selection process
- Review RFP with BD team and prepare for proposal submission
- Responsible for interviewing candidates and be the hiring manager to put forward recommendation, as well as approve employment contract
- Act as Project Directors, chair team catch up meeting, and support team catch up meeting during service delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction, related discipline or other similar qualifications
- Over 10 years of relevant operational experience
- Experience in commissioning engineering work is preferred
- Bilingual English/Japanese
