Scope of Works:

A Senior Claims Manager is required to negotiate and settle claims relating to construction contracts for an Offshore wind Farm.

Capabilities:

The selected candidate shall ensure that the negotiated settlement of construction contracts is fully compliant with business needs is aligned to commercial objectives of the project. Claims mitigation and challenge cost disputes with suppliers

Required knowledge:

The individual shall have experience in claims management that are similar in nature to the Services, preferably in offshore wind farm projects.

Required professional experience:

The Individual and any Substitute shall have a relevant degree qualification and demonstrable experience in performing services on other offshore wind farm projects that are similar in nature to the Services.

Required academic experience:

ONC/HNC/HND/Degree in a technical subject
