Responsibilities:

Overall management of project and make sure the project is built according to the designated timeline

Liaise with external parties such as General Contractor and suppliers

Track project progress and manage the project budget

Report project progress to management and external parties

Requirements:

7-10 years large construction experience in Japan

Business level English and Japanese

Bachelor degree in engineering, PM, or architecture
