Join a leading solar energy company who is seeking a dynamic individual totake on the role of Battery Storage System Technical Manager in Tokyo. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in the launch and support of cutting-edge battery storage systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch and support of battery storage system products, with a focus on residential applications, while also overseeing after-sales service.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of battery storage systems, including general specifications, output control, fire regulations, and grid connection procedures.
- Collaborate with the factory to develop documentation such as warranties, operation manuals, installation guides, and technical materials.
- Provide support in obtaining certifications such as SII registration and grid connection approvals.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the battery storage system industry, with familiarity in PCS, EMS, or BMS.
- Practical experience in technical support for residential or industrial battery storage systems for at least 1 year.
Desired Skills/Qualifications
- Preference for candidates with prior experience in battery storage system manufacturing or related fields such as PCS, EMS, or BMS.
- Previous experience in battery storage system after-sales service is advantageous.
- Fluency in Chinese is preferred.
