Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project documents, including drawings, specifications, and correspondence.
    • Organize and categorize documents in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
    • Ensure version control and document security protocols are consistently followed.
  • Communication:

    • Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders by distributing relevant documents promptly.
    • Collaborate with project team members to gather and update project-related information.
    • Provide language support in English and Japanese for effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Conduct regular audits to ensure document accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
    • Collaborate with project managers to identify and address any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
  • Data Center Construction Support:

    • Work closely with the construction team to provide document support during various project phases.
    • Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as a Document Controller in a construction or engineering environment.
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with document control software and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
