We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Manager to oversee the cable scope of offshore wind projects, focusing on managing contractual aspects, risk mitigation, and client relationships for a demanding developer client. This role requires in-depth knowledge of offshore wind project lifecycles, expertise in managing large-scale contracts, and an ability to navigate complex stakeholder interactions.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient, compliant, and profitable delivery of the cable installation and maintenance phases, contributing to the overall success of the offshore wind projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:

    • Manage all contractual obligations related to the cable scope for multiple offshore wind projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, timelines, and quality standards.
    • Develop, negotiate, and finalize contract terms, change orders, and amendments as required to meet project objectives and mitigate risk.
    • Identify contractual risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor performance to manage potential disputes proactively.
    • Review and interpret contracts, specifications, and other project documentation to ensure alignment with project objectives and legal obligations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Act as the main point of contact for contractual matters with the developer client, maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness to a demanding client environment.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and legal departments, to ensure cohesive contract management and delivery.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and third-party service providers to ensure alignment with contractual expectations and delivery schedules.
  • Project Coordination:

    • Support project teams in planning, executing, and controlling
