COO to oversee all operations on site and ensure the efficient management of our agri-forestry activities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong operational background and demonstrate exceptional leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Oversight: Oversee all operations on Negros, ensuring that all activities align with the company's strategic objectives, including, chipping, pelletizing, warehousing, nursery, planting, harvesting. Experience in the lumber industry is a strong preference.

- Manpower Management: Manage all manpower needs, including hiring necessary management and supervisory personnel to fill existing gaps.

- Budget Management: Stay on top of budgeting processes related to operations, harvesting, planting, and equipment management.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and Chief Administrative Officer to ensure seamless operational integration and support.

- Reporting: Regularly report back to management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

- Forecasting: Conduct all forecasting related to nurseries, planting, harvesting, and loading to ensure optimal resource allocation and planning.

- Communication: Maintain effective communication with the Manila headquarters to align operational strategies and report on progress.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a senior operational role, preferably in agriculture or a related industry.

- Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.

Proficient in forecasting and operational planning.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
