Responsibilities
- Assist project-specific selection and approval of wind turbines following consideration of design evolution, site conditions, certification, logistics, performance, maintainability and reliability.
- Support turbine, installation and transportation due diligence for new projects and collaborate with development and technical service teams in relation to wind resource assessment, energy yield estimation, grid code compliance and environmental impacts
- Manage the development projects getting support from EPC Wind and Technical Service team
- Negotiate on terms and conditions sheet basis in line with early works with OEMs.
- Manage TSA and LTSA negotiation on both technical and commercial in collaboration with the technical service, commercial, legal team, logistics and Project Manager(s)
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in one of the STEM fields
- 2-5 years' work experience in renewable energy project procurement management.
- Proven track record of 1 - Supplier sourcing from a Procurement perspective 2 - Political negotiation with the vendors 3- Potential cost down schemes
- Self-starter- Proactive attitude.
- Experience communicating professionally with external stakeholders in both English and Japanese
- Business level or above in both English and Japanese (including reading and writing)
