My Client is seeking an experienced Solar O&M Site Manager to lead a Solar O&M team in their day to day duties across the counties various Solar Parks.

Day to day duties include
* Management of all Solar parks in Area
* Evaluation and implementation of solutions to improve PV plants.
* Upskilling of O&M techs to improve preventative maintenance procedures.
* Co-ordinate maintenance activities to meet contract obligations
* Ensure correct Health and Safety practices

Skills Level
* 3 years+ O&M experience
* Project management or Site Management experience
* Technical Design knowledge
* C&G 2391 or 2394/5
