Renewable Energy Project Engineer

Job Description:

For offshore wind power generation projects entering the full-scale development phase, the successful candidate will be assigned the following tasks according to their suitability and intentions:

Management of Technical Matters:Oversee general technical aspects related to floating bodies for floating offshore wind power generation projects.

- **Planning and Management:**

Plan technical studies and manage commissioned work such as floating and mooring technology studies.

- **Contractor Selection:**

Compile the selection process for EPC and O&M contractors, including creating specifications, technical selection policies, strategies, and evaluation summaries.

- **Risk Management:**

Identify technical risks in the project and compile countermeasures.

Required Skills:
- Experience in basic planning of ships and offshore structures.
- Interest in the renewable energy sector.
- High motivation and proactiveness towards a wide range of tasks.
- Experience in business negotiations.
-Driving License valid in Japan

Desirable Skills:
- Experience in the renewable energy industry.
- Work experience related to floating offshore wind power generation facilities.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in other development projects.
