Essential Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on battery technology.
• Over 3 years of experience in industrial BESS, inverter OEMs, or EPCs.
• Strong knowledge of ESS design, industry standards, and commissioning best practices.
• Proficiency in reviewing and negotiating EPC and O&M contracts.
• Skills in AutoCAD and Excel, with an ability to interpret and modify drawings.

Good to have Qualifications

• Master's degree in large-scale BESS applications.
• Experience with large-scale BESS projects in Japan.
• Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (e.g., HOMER, PowerFactory).
