We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager for an exciting opportunity at an 80+ MW solar farm project in Latvia. This is a 2-year contract position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive relocation package.

The ideal candidate will be able to oversee day to day operations on site ensuring health and safety guidelines are followed alongside co-ordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure the site runs smoothly.

Proven experience in managing large-scale solar farm projects (30 MW+), Strong leadership and communication skills is essential
