Responsibilities

・Engineering support for projects under due diligence and asset development projects, mainly on the civil plan concept and evaluation of cost of civil works

・Project management assistant of civil works and related matters. Construction progress and handover process

・Technical support for land development permits

・Other duties as necessary to ensure smooth operation of the projects

Essential Skills

・Business level of English and intermediate level of Japanese language skills

・Thorough knowledge and use of AutoCAD (HO-CAD Pao, JW-WIN), general informatic skills

・Earthwork analysis, grading/levelling design. Soil movements, embankments, soil material, roads design.

・Land surveying data managing / processing / analysis. Topographic maps, contour maps, etc.

・Production for tender documents (bill of quantities, bill of material, layouts, calculations, etc.)

・Water facilities, drainage system, retention ponds, river investigation, disaster prevention plan, stormwater planning, etc.

・Cadastral documents understanding. Parcels maps, administrative division, natural land relief divisions, etc.

・Site investigation fieldwork. Before/during/after construction (Investigation, feasibility technical report, monitoring, construction supervision, etc.)

・Due diligence and feasibility studies

・Planned development permitting
