Responsibilities:

*Interface extensively with other teams to understand scope of work, schedule, budget, project
instructions and responsibilities.
* Manage staff of and prioritize tasks for Performance Engineering Team
* Gain a full understanding of the project scope, schedules, major priority items milestones and
coordination procedure.
* Research and obtain standards/codes required by client, town, county, etc. through interaction with
engineers to accurately develop plans.
* Use research data to determine scale usage and border size accordance with those requirements.
* Looks for and suggests improvements in assigned project areas.
* Revise drawings to incorporate red-marked revisions or verbal instruction; request and receive data
from involved parties and input into project database or spreadsheet, as appropriate.
* Organize/maintain all revisions of project drawings, plot files and project-related information in the
appropriate project server directory locations; review database for completeness and obtain missing
data.
* Review supplier and contractor drawings; compile finished drawings and prepare for mailing to the
external customer.
* Provide dimension information for physical drawings. In the civil site layout and design, incorporate
topography, grading, utilities, and pipe design for water, wastewater and stormwater design.

Required Skills:

*10+ years' experience in renewable energy projects site design
* Knowledge of PVsyst.
* Experience with detailed design EPC project execution.
* Full working knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD systems, AutoCAD Civil3D.
* Working knowledge of Engineering Principles and Practices.
* Prior experience in developing and reviewing technical specifications.
* Knowledge of Japanese permitting circumstance
