Billing Overview:

The Billing Administrator will work directly with our Financial Administrator as direct billing support 3 days a week. Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the primary days of this role. This role takes a great deal of attention to detail, efficient time management and prioritizing urgent tasks. The payroll and finance department will work closely together to ensure accuracy of the invoices.

While this is a junior role supporting our Financial Administrator, there is a great amount of experience that will be gained. Each of our 20+ clients have different billing requirements so attention to detail is key to success in this role. The Billing Administrator must also learn different platforms and systems that are required for invoice submissions. Both the Financial Administrator and Operations Manager will assist in training in all systems and platforms.
